This decoction can be used to wipe the face, apply to acne, and prepare anti-aging and tonic products based on it. If you regularly wash your face with the prepared solution, you can quickly eliminate oily skin and blackheads.

Infusion

It is recommended to wash your face with yarrow infusion and use it for compresses. To make the product, 5 tbsp. l. The plants need to be poured into a thermos and the raw material should be filled with 500 ml of hot water. After this, you need to infuse the liquid for half an hour and strain.

When treating acne, you need to soak a piece of gauze in the prepared infusion and then cover your face with it. The duration of the procedure is 30 minutes. Upon completion, you need to rinse your face with cold water. This cosmetic procedure helps remove excess sebum from the dermis and tighten pores, resulting in matte and smooth skin.

Tonic

To improve the appearance of the skin, remove signs of fatigue and improve metabolic processes in tissues, it is recommended to use a tonic that contains the following components:

  • 100 ml of yarrow decoction;
  • 5 ml linseed oil;
  • 2 drops of bergamot essential oil.

All ingredients must be mixed and poured into a bottle with a dispenser. You need to moisten a cotton pad with the prepared product and wipe your face with it after washing or instead of it. You need to use the toner for 1 month.

Lotion

This product is suitable for skin with enlarged pores, acne and sallow complexions. To prepare it, 1 tbsp. l. yarrow, pour 250 ml of hot milk, cover and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. After the specified time, the lotion must be filtered and poured into a glass container. It is used to wipe problematic facial skin 2 times a day. You can store your homemade cosmetic product in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days, and warm it to room temperature before use.

There is another recipe for lotion. It consists of ingredients such as:

  • 5 ml of yarrow infusion;
  • 90 ml still mineral water;
  • 10 ml vitamin B5.

You need to add infusion and vitamin to mineral water and mix thoroughly. Use the product as follows: apply it to a cotton pad and wipe your face with it, avoiding the area around the eyes. The procedure is carried out only after preliminary steaming of the skin. Duration of use – 3 weeks.

Cosmetic ice

Daily rubbing of the face with cosmetic ice increases the turgor of the dermis and reduces the number of wrinkles. To make it, you need to make a decoction of yarrow, then cool, strain the medicinal solution and pour into ice molds. Then the mold should be placed in the freezer for 2 hours to harden.

The frozen product must be used every day. In the evening, after cleansing the skin, apply ice cubes along the massage lines.

Yarrow oil

The essential oil of a medicinal plant helps get rid of inflammation and skin rashes. For dry skin, yarrow oil should be used in combination with geranium and immortelle, and for oily skin, combined with basil.

Since essential oil tones the dermis, it is recommended to enrich anti-aging creams with it. Add no more than 4 drops to 5 g of base.
