Warts in children are more likely to resolve on their own. With warts in adults, in people with reduced immunity, as well as with persistent warts, spontaneous resolution is observed less frequently.

Salicylic acid. Of course, before trying this or that method of getting rid of warts, you should consult a dermatologist. Moreover, the use of salicylic acid is not indicated for everyone.
