Choline is one of the essential elements. For facial skin, it acts as a degreaser. It shrinks pores and reduces the activity of sebaceous glands, which effectively helps eliminate oily skin in the T-zone.
Important! External use of fortified masks cannot completely eliminate the deficiency of elements in the body, so it is better to combine them with the internal use of pharmaceutical products or introduce parsley into your daily diet. Only an integrated approach provides long lasting results.

You shouldn’t keep this mixture on your face for a long time; 10 minutes is enough. If the skin is very delicate, then the time is reduced to 5 minutes. The number of procedures should not exceed 1-2 times every 7 days.
There is another option for a whitening mask that is suitable for all skin types.
To prepare it, you will need:
- parsley root or parsley extract - 20 ml;
- essential oil (lemon or tangerine) - 3 drops.
