However, dreams will remain dreams if you do not pay due attention to your skin, the care of which after 30 years should be especially careful. Professional salon treatments work real miracles. However, only a small part of the female population has the opportunity to resort to expensive cosmetologist services. Today it is possible to maintain your appearance in perfect condition at home, with the help of professional cosmetics, available to everyone interested in preserving their youth and beauty.

Why do you need professional facial care?

Every woman who at least once fell into the hands of a good cosmetologist will not be able to forget the effect that she could admire immediately after leaving the salon. Professional cosmetics, when used regularly, make it possible to achieve the same amazing results as salon care. After all, the master uses professional tools for procedures that can effectively solve specific problems. The composition of such drugs is usually a multi-level composition of fairly powerful ingredients.

The range of professional cosmetics is very diverse. With its help, you can perform almost any facial care procedure at home. Professional cosmetics will give radiance and health to any type of skin, the main thing is to choose the right product.

The most famous producers of Crimean cosmetics

There are more than a dozen cosmetics manufacturers from Crimea. But in this section we’ll talk about the most famous ones.

1) “Crimean Rose” is one of the oldest domestic cosmetics manufacturers

The history of the brand began in the 30s of the twentieth century. It was then that a factory was opened that began producing essential oils. Production turnover gradually increased, since high-quality products were in demand not only in the USSR, but also abroad.

More than 300 cosmetic products were produced by Crimean Rose during Soviet times.

With the collapse of the USSR, difficult times came, but the plant survived and did not close.

Today the company produces cosmetics for the face, body and hair, which are readily purchased in different countries of the post-Soviet space.

There are 3 features of this Crimean cosmetics:

  1. Environmentally friendly - only natural ingredients, traditional recipes and testing without cruelty to animals.
  2. All stages of cosmetics production take place in Crimea, from growing raw materials for the product to its packaging.
  3. Highly effective for problem skin, while being hypoallergenic.

One of the most famous products of Crimean Rose is a warming cream.

You will love this cream once you try it.

This is a wonderful cream with a triple effect: analgesic, anti-inflammatory, warming. It contains 25 active components, which will become a real salvation for sore joints and damaged connective tissues.

My grandmother loves this cream and rubs it on her sore knees every day.

The cost of the cream, despite its high effectiveness, is simply ridiculous: about 200 rubles.

2) Crimean cosmetics: Moscow and other cities where you can purchase the “Kingdom of Fragrances”

– one of the most famous producers of Crimean cosmetics.

It was founded in the early 2000s in Sudak. This is where the legendary Valley of Roses is located, where hundreds of medicinal plants grow - roses, lavender, marigolds, rosemary and much more.

It is from these environmentally friendly raw materials that the Kingdom of Fragrances cosmetics are made. Today, its workshops produce over 70 natural products.

But where can you buy Crimean cosmetics in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other Russian cities? The easiest option that will save you a lot of time is official online stores.

There you can easily buy original products at an affordable price.

Here are the TOP 5 best facial care products from this brand, according to users.

3) “Crimean Herbalist” – medicinal cosmetics

If you are a fan of cosmeceuticals, then you will probably like this brand. Cosmetics that stock store shelves often do not have a very natural composition.

Chemical substances in some cosmetics violate the integrity of the skin, dry it out, and, accordingly, provoke early aging. And this does not take into account allergic reactions.

“Crimean Herbalist” uses plants collected in ecologically clean areas of Crimea to create its products. In fact, the result was not just cosmetics, but medicines for the skin, hair and oral cavity.

This brand is famous for its hair care products.

Toothpastes, shampoos, face and body creams are not the entire list of products produced by this brand. The choice is so wide that you will definitely find a product to your liking.

4) Crimean cosmetics “House of Nature”

This company was born in 2008 in Simferopol. Here, for the first time on the peninsula, handmade soap began to be made.

Gradually, the small soap factory began to grow stronger, adding new items to its product range.

Today, “House of Nature” produces cosmetics for face, body and hair care with plant extracts, essential oils, sea salt, medicinal mud and other natural ingredients.

Their handmade soap with olive oil is still in great demand among consumers. It makes the skin not only clean, but also soft.

And my friend is delighted with the “Careful Care” solid shampoo. She has dry, brittle hair, so not all shampoos are suitable for her. But she claims that this product, due to the abundance of herbal ingredients (sage, lavender and others), makes her hair healthier and more beautiful, and not only cleaner.

In this video you will find a review of the products of another Crimean brand “Pantika”:

Professional cosmetics for face care

A woman who cares about her appearance should have in her arsenal all the cosmetics necessary for daily use. Comprehensive facial care includes cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing. The anti-aging category of professional cosmetics will help slow down skin aging and solve existing problems.

Loss of moisture by the epidermis is one of the reasons for its premature wilting. Any professional will tell you that regular moisturizing will slow down the aging process. And serums will most effectively help maintain the natural moisture balance. The drug from the Beauty Style line can successfully replace several products at once. By moisturizing and toning the skin, the serum will improve complexion, smooth out wrinkles, and cope with age-related changes. The drug will work especially effectively with masks and creams selected according to your skin type.

An important step in the system of facial care procedures is cleansing. The “Ideal Skin” exfoliant cream can cleanse the skin as much as possible and prepare it for further care. The cleansing cream will gently launch regeneration processes, stimulate blood circulation and perfectly moisturize the skin.

Liftox cream from the anti-aging category will help maintain the radiance of youth. The unique composition of the cream includes components whose action blocks excessive muscle contractions of the face, thereby slowing down the formation of facial wrinkles.

The results of the comprehensive use of professional cosmetics will not take long to arrive. Thanks to the constant use of salon products, you can always look great and well-groomed at any age.

PROFESSIONAL FACIAL CARE: WE WORK THE OLD fashioned way
The expression “grandfather’s methods” was clearly invented by men, but we inherited our grandmother’s methods by analogy. Professional facial care is quite possible using grandma’s methods, that is, at home, without purchased cosmetics.

Let us warn you right away: if you have very problematic skin, of course, you should consult with specialists and not self-medicate. In your situation, a professional facial should be truly professional. Absolutely normal skin is an almost unattainable ideal. The majority of women have combination facial skin. So we will select, or rather, remember, grandmother’s recipes for her. Our professional facial care will be based on them. Where does professional facial care begin in any, even the most expensive, beauty salon? That's right, with high-quality peeling. Since we decided to act on our own, we will do the peeling ourselves. The simplest recipe: take a tablespoon of sour cream, mix with a tablespoon of ground coffee. Apply the resulting mass to the face. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, periodically lightly massaging it. Do not overdo the massage, otherwise redness and irritation may occur. After 15 minutes, wash off the mask with warm water, then rinse your face with cold water. You will see that the skin will become clean, radiant, the pores will shrink, in a word, our professional facial care will show the result on your face. Moisturizing the skin of the face is a mandatory task, any professional cosmetologist will agree with this. And here you can do without store-bought cosmetics. Pour flax seeds with a small amount of water and cook until thickened. Let the resulting mass cool slightly and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then wash it off. Skin hydration is guaranteed. At a certain age, professional facial care involves combating the signs of skin aging. And for this case, there are proven grandmother’s recipes. For example, boil a small piece of pumpkin until it becomes soft. We cook, of course, without the peel. Mix the boiled pumpkin with a tablespoon of starch and a tablespoon of olive oil. We make a homogeneous mass. We put it on the face. Keep the mask on for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with warm water. If you do this mask regularly 2 times a week, wrinkles become less deep, the oval of the face is tightened, in a word, the same rejuvenating effect is achieved.

Mega-battle: professional, pharmacy, natural, Korean, luxury cosmetics. Who will win?

Hello!
The idea for this survey post came to me spontaneously, although the topic for me, a skincare maniac, is very pressing and interesting. I propose to discuss the pros and cons of each type of cosmetics and debunk (or confirm) popular opinions on this matter. My goal is not to pit supporters and opponents against each other, but to obtain objective information about the advantages and disadvantages. Because I am sure that each of the listed types of cosmetics has them. So, to be honest, I would not like the discussion to come down to throwing slippers. Ideally, I would like detailed opinions, and not comments “I’m for/against, period.” Now let's get down to business. I tried to list the most common complaints and questions for each type of cosmetics that I came across in different sources. Let me emphasize that this is not my personal opinion.

Perhaps someone will add to this list. I deliberately did not include mass market cosmetics in the list. I think that anyone who is even the slightest bit interested in nursing will understand why. Of course, there may be pearls there (probably), but in general there is no talk about quality. To forestall questions, I will immediately note that the boundaries of these classes of cosmetics are often quite arbitrary and blurred, if only because not all of them appear in the official generally accepted terminology. So, let's go.

Professional cosmetics

Examples of brands:
Holy Land, Christina, EGIA, Eldan, Anna Lotan, GIGI, etc.

Here I would first of all like to talk about professional cosmetics available for home care. Such cosmetics, by definition, must contain a significant amount of active ingredients compared to other cosmetics. Professional products are created in research laboratories, and ideally should meet the highest quality standards and be the most effective in operation. In this regard, such cosmetics are not cheap in most cases. Professional cosmetics are often developed for a specific problem, which allows you to choose care more precisely.

And now some opinions about the professional in the studio)) Opinion 1:
Among the non-professional cosmetics of the lower price segment, you can find no less, or even more effective and efficient products, so there is no point in overpaying for the professional. Opinion 2: There is no point in buying professional cosmetics if you do not have serious skin problems.

Pharmacy cosmetics

Examples of brands:
La-Roche-Posay, Avene, Bioderma, Exfoliac, Uriage, Vichy, etc.

There is real confusion in the minds of many consumers regarding this class of cosmetics. And this is not surprising. In Russia, pharmaceutical cosmetics are not designated by law as a separate category. It was originally intended for skin care for dermatological patients and was sold only in pharmacies. In the generally accepted understanding, such cosmetics assume the presence of a therapeutic effect and a significant number of pharmacological ingredients in the composition. However, to equate such cosmetics in the full sense with medicinal ones is not entirely correct, since medicines are subject to special testing, which cosmetics do not undergo before sale. Such cosmetics are primarily necessary as basic care for the treatment of skin diseases, since the likelihood of allergic reactions when using them is minimized. In terms of price, pharmacy cosmetics usually occupy a niche between luxury and mass market.

Opinion 1:
Pharmacy cosmetics are often nothing more than a marketing ploy by cosmetic companies. Opinion 2: Pharmacy cosmetics are not strong in anti-aging. Opinion 3 Pharmacy cosmetics are good only for problematic, sensitive skin and during/after undergoing medical procedures.

Natural cosmetic

Examples of brands:
Dr.Haushka, Weleda, Logona, Lavera, Melvita, Andalou Naturals, Acure Organics, etc.

I have already written a separate post about natural cosmetics, so I won’t repeat myself. I will only say that this class has no fewer, if not more, pitfalls than the pharmacy. And even opinions about her overlap somewhere.

Opinion 1:
Natural cosmetics are often just a marketing ploy by cosmetic companies. Opinion 2: Natural cosmetics have weak anti-aging agents. Opinion 3: Natural cosmetics contain many potentially allergenic components, and therefore are not suitable for anyone.

Korean cosmetics

Examples of brands:
Tony Moly, Mizon, Missha, Holika Holika, Limoni, The Saem, Secret Key, etc.

It’s unlikely that anyone will argue that Korean cosmetics are incredibly popular today. At least in our country. Many believe that Koreans today are trendsetters in the modern cosmetic world. Korean cosmetics are mostly affordable, receive rave reviews from consumers, and are often distinguished by original packaging and “bold” unusual compositions. But Korean lovers also have opponents, whose opinions I will give below.

Opinion 1:
Korean cosmetics are developed taking into account the needs of Asian women, their skin type and type of aging. On Slavic women, such cosmetics do not work as well as on Asian women. Opinion 2: Korean cosmetics are famous for their unusual ingredients. Some of them are subject to controversy regarding safety. For example, the cytokine component from “snail” cosmetics is equated by some in its effect to a hormonal drug.

Luxury cosmetics

Examples of brands:
Estee Lauder, Guerlain, Chanel, Christian Dior, etc.

These are high-end cosmetics. It is assumed that premium cosmetics manufacturers use higher quality components in production, more expensive and safe preservatives, and invest more in development.

Opinion 1:
When buying luxury, we overpay exclusively for the brand.
The quality and luxury components used are often no better than ordinary mass-market cosmetics. Cosmetic corporations position their products with almost identical compositions in different price categories, so the “eliteness” and “branding” of cosmetics is nothing more than a marketing ploy. Of course, this is not a complete list. We can distinguish separately Russian (as well as Ukrainian, Belarusian) cosmetics, handmade cosmetics, cosmetics made in the kitchen, cosmetics from other producing countries, etc. So, if anyone has anything to say about other categories, you are welcome

Thank you for your attention. I'm waiting for your comments)
