What are wrinkles
The following reasons contribute to their appearance:
- hormonal imbalance;
- natural aging;
- activity of facial muscles;
- bad habits;
- lack of skin care;
- ultraviolet exposure;
- nuances of facial structure;
- improper diet, lack of water and vitamins.
Because of this, cellular metabolic processes in the skin slow down. The development of new cells slows down, and old ones are destroyed faster.
Collagen and elastin fibers gradually stretch and tear, and in some areas of the skin such changes become noticeable.
However, the premature appearance of wrinkles can be avoided if you give up bad habits, adjust your diet and use external products.
Which vitamin products are best for smoothing out wrinkles?

Oil solution PAT Vitamins is sold in a dark glass bottle with a strong cap
The jar is quite small. The lid is strong. For example, on the cap of another vitamin A, the link to which is at the beginning of the review, the cap has already burst, unfortunately ((Well, here it seems intact)) Despite the fact that the expiration date is indicated until 09.2016, this vitamin has already Some unpleasant smell of old oil has appeared for a long time. Well, although, probably more than six months have passed since opening, and the expiration date, apparently, is indicated if the bottle is not opened. That is, until September 2020 you can open and use the product. And how long it will take is probably indicated in the instructions. Open the jar - to do this you need to unscrew the lid. I don’t see a dispenser here, just the neck of the bottle. But it will be convenient for someone to use it anyway, depending on what purposes. Mom was comfortable. This product can also be added to creams. So I still recommend this vitamin to you!

Ascorbic acid for the face - does it make sense? This is not the first time I have bought ascorbic acid in ampoules. Every autumn, during the period of exacerbation of ARVI, I try to pierce a course from one pack. Thanks to this, I have increased vigor and improved resistance to viral diseases - I practically do not get sick from influenza and ARVI. Of course, this may not be related to the course of vitamin C - but everyone is aware of its beneficial effect on the immune system. Ascorbic acid is cheap - about 50 rubles for 10 ampoules. I often see information in reviews and on other sites about the beneficial effects of ascorbic acid on the condition of the skin of the face and body. They also often write about the fat-burning properties of vitamin C when administered by injection. Personally, I tried several times to apply the contents of the ampoule to the skin of my face and added vitamin C to the cream. So, I can say that I personally did not see any effect on the condition of my skin. So for me, the optimal way to use ascorbic acid is still the intramuscular method (as the manufacturer advises).

Scientists conducted experiments with rats and clarified the following. Animals lost their ability to reproduce when this vitamin did not enter their bodies.
This is how another name for vitamin E appeared – tocopherol (translated from Greek as “life-bringing”), and the discovery of this compound occurred at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Excellent fight against stretch marks and impressive skin care are not all its advantages. It is a natural antioxidant that has the ability to heal wounds, heal minor burns, reduce scars and pigmentation. The vitamin is especially useful during sunbathing.

Vitamin E for eyelids against wrinkles - use correctly
Vitamin E for wrinkles around the eyes rarely causes negative reviews, but it would be a good idea to play it safe and use it according to the instructions of cosmetologists and those who have repeatedly used it.
The eyelids are a weakly protected and very sensitive area of the face and require maximum care.
Before using vitamins for wrinkles around the eyes, it is important to consider the following.
- Indications for use:
- starting from the age of 20, vitamin E is an excellent prevention of early aging of young skin in the eye area;
- after 30 and up to 40 years, tocopherol is recommended as a remedy against initial age-related skin changes;
- after 40 years it is necessary for the rejuvenation of mature skin.
- Internal use.
Vitamin E is found in large quantities in:
- fresh vegetables;
- berries;
- beans;
- some products of animal origin: milk, liver;
- oatmeal;
- unrefined vegetable oil;
- nuts and seeds;
- seafood;
- herbs
Presence of contraindications and negative consequences during use
When starting skin care procedures with external use of anti-wrinkle vitamins, you should be aware of possible contraindications and side effects.
There are very few contraindications for external use of anti-wrinkle vitamins:
- simultaneous oral administration of vitamin preparations;
- tendency to allergies to vitamins;
- individual intolerance.
Side effects of using anti-wrinkle vitamins:
- allergic reactions in the form of local redness or rashes on the skin;
- an overdose causes intoxication, which has symptoms such as headaches, vomiting or nausea, drowsiness, hyperemia (excessive redness due to blood vessels overflowing) of the treated area of the face.
In general, vitamins are safe to use as an anti-wrinkle cosmetic. The main thing is to remember the risk of overdose when taking drugs internally and externally at the same time. If you are prone to allergic reactions, you should do a test. To do this, you need to apply the product to the inner bend of the elbow, do not wash it off for 24 hours, if changes on the skin are not noticeable, then there is no allergy.
You can use vitamins in several ways:
- food;
- taken in capsules;
- face masks;
- face creams.
Taking it with food is often not enough, since many vitamins simply disintegrate during heat treatment, for example, vitamin F. Therefore, to maintain youth, it is recommended to buy pharmaceutical products. For this purpose, pharmacies have special vitamin and mineral complexes. Aevit is in demand.
The components of the capsules are antioxidants that prevent skin aging
Aevit can be used not only internally, but also applied as a mask. It is enough to crush one capsule and apply to the desired area.
Proper use of Vitamin E for wrinkles around the eyes
There are 3 pharmaceutical forms of its release - tablets, liquid vitamin and capsules. In liquid form, it is suitable when added to mixtures, and will be more effective in eliminating pigmentation of stretch marks.
Capsules are great for enriching your creams and lotions. Liquid vitamin E goes well with honey, oils, fruit pulp and yolk. The combination of tocopherol and fish oil is particularly effective in the fight against wrinkles.
Remember that care using vitamins for the area around the eyes must be carried out with caution, especially for those with sensitive skin types. If used frequently or used in large quantities, procedures with it will lead to swelling.
Thus, the preparation of masks with tocopherol is designed for the dosage of the substance in drops. When applying, move towards your temples from the inner corners of your eyes.
Do not rub or stretch the skin; use gentle movements.
Do not forget to take care of the cleanliness of your hands before each procedure (applying a mask or cream). Facial skin also needs preliminary cleansing.
Concept and classification of wrinkles
Wrinkles on the face appear sooner or later in all people; they represent longitudinal and transverse folds on the skin. Their appearance in most cases is associated with age-related reasons, but it happens that even at the age of twenty-five, skin furrows can appear. This is due to various reasons: excessive facial expressions, poor ecology, bad habits. The most pronounced skin grooves are located on the neck, face, hands, that is, in places with thin subcutaneous fat.
There are types of wrinkles:
- By depth: superficial, mid-deep and deep. Epidermal wrinkles are located in the epidermis, closer to the surface. They are the easiest to get rid of. Over time, they go deeper into the skin tissue and become medium-deep, and then deep. The latter are the most difficult to deal with; you have to resort to hardware or injection correction.
- Based on the location area. Horizontal wrinkles on the forehead are called anxious because they evoke emotions such as anger and excitement. The folds located on the nose are called rabbit's feet; they start from the nose and stretch to the lower eyelids. Around the eyes there are “crow’s feet” and wrinkles on the lower and upper eyelids, they are also called periorbital. The circular folds stretching across the neck are called the rings of Venus. The furrows between the eyebrows and on the top of the nose are glabellar wrinkles.
- Depending on the cause of their occurrence, wrinkles are classified into gravitational, facial and age-related (from old age). Under the influence of gravity, gravitational wrinkles form over time, for example, the corners of the lips droop and “bulldog cheeks” appear. The cause of facial folds is excessive activity of the facial muscles; first of all, they appear in the nasolabial area and the area around the eyes. Age-related skin furrows are distributed over the entire area of the face as a result of the natural loss of elastin and collagen by the epidermis and a decrease in the elasticity of connective tissues.
- Dynamic and static wrinkles differ in the nature of their behavior. Thus, dynamic ones are noticeable to the human eye when certain facial muscles are tense, while static ones persist even in a relaxed, calm state.
Precious helpers retinol and retin-A
The most important beauty vitamin for wrinkles around the eyes is vitamin A. This substance is responsible for elastic, wrinkle-free skin. The participation of retinol is found in complex chemical chains for the synthesis of elastin and collagen.
These protein compounds are a kind of support for our skin. Thanks to them, its density is maintained, its shape is not lost and its tone is maintained.
Vitamin A against wrinkles around the eyes, among other things, helps to successfully overcome circles under the eyes and other pigmentation.
The necessary intake of retinol in our body is the main condition for attractiveness and health. To do this, you should eat the following foods more often:
- carrot;
- seafood;
- bell pepper;
- tomatoes;
- sea buckthorn;
- parsley;
Retinol absorption occurs only in combination with fats, so it is necessary to consume foods that contain vitamin A with olive oil or milk.
The compound retin-A is a derivative of retinol. This substance is very beneficial for the body, but is not found in food. It can be found in pharmacies.
It is a specific anti-wrinkle cream in a pharmacy, which is available with a prescription.
The product has proven itself to be a powerful stimulator for the production of collagen fibers, and reviews of vitamin A for wrinkles as a faithful assistant in the fight against them are very positive.
Reviews
Due to myopia, I quickly developed crow's feet, and my skin is very dry. At first I bought different eye creams, which cost a fortune. And then I tried jojoba oil. The effect is amazing. Now I buy various cheap oils at the pharmacy, prepare masks, and am very pleased with the result.
I just couldn’t find a cream to look better. I turned to a cosmetologist, she advised me to get tested. I had to first cleanse my liver and take a course of vitamins, and only then choose an anti-aging product. Badyaga helped me a lot: it cleared up all the rashes on my face, even small wrinkles smoothed out.

Vitamin E for the skin around the eyes
Let us clearly indicate exactly what positive changes occur in the skin under the influence of tocopherol.
Lifting effect and rejuvenation
It’s not for nothing that everyone talks about the renewing and tightening effect of liquid vitamins on the skin of the face. If you fully replenish mature skin with vitamin E, an impressive portion of age-related changes will stop. Skin aging is slowed down, as its rejuvenation occurs at the cellular level. The action of tocopherol is to smooth out crow's feet wrinkles and tighten sagging eyelids. Against the background of increased production of collagen and elastin fibers, the elasticity and firmness of the skin increases. By normalizing blood circulation, each cell receives the required volumes of oxygen.
Antioxidant effect
The beneficial antioxidant effect is to free cells from toxins and other harmful substances. Each cell receives protection from premature destruction caused by the activity of free radicals - substances that prevent sufficient collagen production and elastin production.
Refreshment and tone
Thanks to vitamin E, vulnerable skin receives the necessary boost of life-giving energy. Her color becomes healthy. The resistance of the epidermis to aggressive external factors increases. With proper care, the unpleasant consequences of fatigue - dark bags and swelling near the eyes - disappear.
Improvement of the skin around the eyes
Constant nutrition with tocopherol is one of the points of preventive care that protects against cancer. Vitamin E gives the skin strength to resist allergy symptoms, so redness, peeling, itching and various rashes quickly disappear.
Intense hydration
Tocopherol qualitatively moisturizes the skin, as moisture is reliably retained in the cells.
Vitamin E:
softens, tightens and smoothes sensitive skin around the eyes
Cosmetologists' opinion
No matter what the advertisement promises, cosmetologists are unanimous in their opinion: only surgical intervention can eliminate deep wrinkles. The procedure is expensive, painful, and the effect often looks unnatural. But every woman can prolong youth, delay the formation of wrinkles, and have a well-groomed face. It is important to choose the right facial care product, as well as eat right, lead a healthy lifestyle, and get good sleep. After all, if you systematically sleep little and exhaust yourself with work, then not a single miracle cream will remove the bags under the eyes.
The desire to be beautiful is quite natural for every woman. But it should also be reasonable: cosmetics do not have to be incredibly expensive. Many of the available pharmaceutical products will help you look younger without much effort.
What is face lifting and skin tightening? The lifting procedure is designed to tighten the skin of both the face and the entire body. Today, this is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures, but also the most effective for skin rejuvenation.
There are dozens of lifting methods. These can be either simpler, non-surgical methods of skin tightening in a salon or at home, or surgical plastic surgery. They all differ in the way they affect the skin.
The main task of lifting is not just to hide, but to remove all imperfections and age-related changes in the skin. Using such procedures you can achieve the following results:
- deep healing and rejuvenation of the skin;
- smoothing of superficial wrinkles – facial or age-related;

- double chin removal;
- activation of the production of your own collagen, which will lead to increased firmness and elasticity of the skin;
- get clearer and more pronounced facial contours and their design;
- remove yellowness and grayness of the face;
- get rid of age-related pigmentation;
- eliminate dryness and sagging, irritation and flaking, drying out of the skin.
Like any cosmetic procedure, lifting has its own indications and contraindications, and you need to be careful about this.
Face lifting is appropriate in the following cases:
- the appearance of wrinkles and folds;
- loss of skin elasticity;
- sagging skin;
- age-related decline and aging;
- fuzzy and blurry jawline;
- presence of a fatty bag under the chin;
- weakness of the subcutaneous neck muscles;
- weakness of the fat layer in the chin and submandibular region.
Contraindications to this method of rejuvenation include:
- age under 25 years;
- allergy to one or several components of the lifting product;
- excess weight or cellulite;
- rehabilitation period after facial plastic surgery (not earlier than 6 months);
- scratches, open wounds;
- dermatological and vascular diseases of the skin.
Among the most common lifting methods are the following.
Ultrasound is a non-surgical procedure for those who do not want to “go under the knife.” It is ultrasonic lifting that affects not the surface layer, but the underlying muscular aponeurotic layer, which is responsible for the elasticity of the skin and the firmness of the facial contour.

Rules for caring for the skin around the eyes
Leather checking
We recommend testing any new tools. After preparing the mask, apply a small amount of the product to the sensitive skin of the wrist and wait at least 20 minutes. If there is no negative skin reaction, it means there is no allergy to the components of the mask.
Preparing the face
Before applying vitamin E, you must completely cleanse your skin of cosmetics. It is better to supplement washing with the use of soft milk or a special gel.
Applying masks
Vitamin mixtures with natural additives are applied to the skin with gentle patting gestures. The product must be carefully driven in, avoiding its contact with the mucous membrane of the eyes.
Exposure time
To get a good result, you need to leave the mask on for 20 minutes. During the procedure, try to refrain from facial expressions.
Removing masks
Finally, the oil mixture must be washed off using a cotton swab and a warm decoction prepared in advance from medicinal herbs.
After the procedure
A mandatory manipulation following treatment with vitamin E is the application of a cream that has rejuvenating potential and provides additional hydration.
A course of masks with tocopherol
For girls, repeating the mask every 3 days is enough. Women in adulthood practice this procedure every 2 days. Such care should continue for a month, then a pause of at least 2 weeks is needed to prevent oversaturation with vitamins. In the best case, the result of this course will be rejuvenation and noticeable hydration of the skin.
Supplements
When preparing useful homemade masks that treat the skin around the eyes, liquid vitamins are mixed with the following ingredients:
- Burr oil;
- jojoba oil;
- almond oil;
- nettle decoction;
- chamomile decoction;
- parsley juice;
- raw egg yolk;
- Peach oil;
- grape seed oil;
- macadamia oil;
- avocado oil
- yogurt;
- lemon juice;
- sea buckthorn oil;
- olive oil;
- liquid vitamin A;
- wheat germ oil;
- glycerol.
In order for liquid vitamin E for the skin around the eyes to be as beneficial as possible, you need an appropriate lifestyle. We advise you to follow the principles of a healthy diet, be sure to exercise and avoid clogging your body.
In its pure form, tocopherol is sold in pharmacies and is suitable for external use. Typically, it comes in capsule form. To apply vitamin E to the skin around the eyes, simply puncture the capsule. In the evening, preferably an hour before bedtime, it should be rubbed into previously cleansed skin with light massaging movements for 2-3 minutes. This must be done carefully, as the skin around the eyes is extremely sensitive. 1-2 drops are enough for the procedure. The price of vitamin E in the pharmacy is very low, but it smoothes and moisturizes the skin better than many other products.
If you have already acquired creams that suit you perfectly and do not want to change them to other cosmetic products, then you can add tocopherol in liquid form to your favorite cream or mask. But in this case you will have to carefully study the composition of the product. If the cream already contains a significant amount of vitamin E, then you should not take risks and add more, since excess tocopherol in a cosmetic product can lead to irritation or peeling of the delicate skin around the eyes. Vitamin E should not be added to those creams that contain essential oils or sea salt. You should not enrich the entire tube of cream or mask, but only the part that you will directly use. A couple of drops is enough. Next time you will have to prepare this mixture again.
In addition to creams, cosmetic oils are also enriched with vitamin E. As a base oil, you can take peach, olive, coconut, almond, sesame, rose or cocoa oil. Then the base oil is mixed with tocopherol in the following proportions: 2 drops of pure vitamin E per 1/tsp. cosmetic oil. The resulting mixture is applied to the skin around the eyes with light movements 1-2 times a day.
Necessary components for rejuvenation
In order for the skin to look well-groomed, attractive, without wrinkles, products for it must contain active substances. For lifting and rejuvenation, just a fatty base oil.
The most popular components of anti-aging cosmetics:
- Vitamins A and E. They nourish dry, sagging skin, and this is where folds are most visible.
- Ascorbic acid increases the tone of the epidermis and acts as an antioxidant.
- Hyaluronic acid. Many expensive creams contain this substance, which can transform the face in the shortest possible time: improve the contour, make the skin moisturized.
- Coenzyme Q10 has vitamin-like effects. The substance is used internally and externally to slow down the aging process, provides cells with energy, and improves metabolic processes in them.
- Collagen is the main protein that provides the elasticity of the dermis.
- Adapalene quickly exfoliates epidermal cells, renews it, resulting in the skin looking young and fresh. Also used to treat acne.
Extracts of medicinal plants, green tea, as well as products of animal origin (extract of sharks, snails, etc.) also have a rejuvenating effect. Their presence in a cream or mask is welcome.
Pharmacy creams, ointments and gels against wrinkles are more effective than creams
In the pharmacy it is not difficult to find products with substances that are necessary to rejuvenate the skin and eliminate its various defects.
- Blefarogel with hyaluronic acid and aloe extract relieves swelling, bags under the eyes and crow's feet.
- Retin-A fights various rashes, cleanses the skin, and normalizes sebum production.
- Radevit is available in the form of an ointment and contains a set of useful vitamins. It activates metabolic processes and collagen production, rejuvenates the epidermis.
- Curiosin includes zinc for clearing acne and hyaluronic acid for anti-aging.
- Capsicum promotes skin regeneration,
- Solcoseryl is preferable for mature skin, it helps eliminate wrinkles on it, and is suitable for dry and flabby dermis.
Such cosmetics should not be used constantly; the products are used in courses, after which a break is required.
In addition to face creams, various medications help well in combating skin problems. They contain high dosages of active substances, since they are aimed not so much at a caring effect, but at a therapeutic one.
- Ointments for hemorrhoids quickly get rid of bags and bruises under the eyes. This is one of the most popular express products among actresses.
- Heparin ointment and its analogues are used to combat hemorrhages, while also helping to remove swelling on the face.
- Venotonics are designed to get rid of the unsightly mesh due to venous dilatation of the veins. By their action, they activate blood circulation processes, strengthen blood vessels, including those of the face, and help get rid of rosacea.
- Retinoic ointment acts like vitamin A, slowing down age-related changes in the dermis, increasing its elasticity.
- Zinc ointment is a cheap and very effective remedy for problem skin due to the bactericidal properties of zinc.
All these products are inexpensive and are sold without prescriptions. However, they cannot be abused and used daily instead of regular cream.
Apply the medications in a thin layer to cleansed skin, wait until it is absorbed and apply cosmetic cream, day or night, on top.
Glycerol
One of the essential components of moisturizing cosmetics is glycerin. It binds and holds water. If this cheap product is applied in its pure form to the face, it softens the skin and protects it from exposure to ultraviolet radiation, wind and frost. By increasing elasticity, glycerin smoothes out facial wrinkles. There are practically no allergies to it, so the substance is added to homemade creams, masks with vitamins, applied to the area around the eyes and even eyelids to get rid of dryness and flaking.
Panthenol
Panthenol is known for promoting rapid wound healing, especially after burns. The fact is that this substance is a precursor to vitamin B5. Once in the skin, it activates its regeneration processes, including increasing the production of collagen - a substance that ensures skin firmness and elasticity. Products with panthenol in the form of ointment or cream are good to use if the skin is dull and dry. For oily types, a spray is preferable.
Dimexide
In the form of a gel or ointment, dimexide is used to treat bruises and sprains. Its peculiarity is that the active substances of the cream or ointment penetrate the skin very quickly. The product helps reduce swelling and swelling and copes well with pimples. It is considered almost an analogue of Botox due to the fact that dimexide smoothes out small wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes. They are used in the form of masks no more than once a week, since the side effect of the substance is dry skin.
Balm Zvezdochka
With the help of this balm, beloved by many, you can not only treat a runny nose, but also smooth out nasolabial folds and remove wrinkles on other parts of the face. The only exception is “crow's feet”, since the balm cannot be used on this area. Due to a whole complex of essential oils, the product has a local irritating and warming effect, increases blood circulation, activating all metabolic processes in it. It is applied only on top of the cream so as not to cause a burn. In its pure form, it is used spot-on to eliminate acne.
Hydrogen peroxide
The product found in every first aid kit not only neutralizes any microbes, but also has a complex effect on the skin. Peroxide lightens pigmented areas and removes the upper parts of the epithelium. This peeling stimulates the dermis to renew itself. The liquid is quite aggressive, so it is suitable for rash-prone and oily skin, and is often included in masks. The most popular products are clay products with peroxide. Such masks dry and cleanse the face.
Badyaga
Badyagu is obtained by drying and then grinding freshwater sponges into powder. In medicine, it saves from bruises and bruises. And in cosmetology, rubbing the product into the skin increases blood circulation due to the fact that small “needles” - particles of the sponge skeleton - seem to scratch the skin. It turns out to be a massage and peeling at the same time.
This effect enhances the production of elastane, cell regeneration, and provides a face lift. If we add to this deep cleansing of the skin, elimination of scars and pigmentation, then badyaga is an indispensable product for self-care, both in adolescence and adulthood. It is not suitable only for those with very dry and sensitive skin, on which it provokes irritation and peeling.
Oils
Fatty cosmetic oils are one of the best remedies for wrinkles, especially for dry skin. If the dermis lacks moisture, then all the folds on it are more visible.
Oils are suitable for daily care of the delicate area under the eyes, for chapped and sunburned skin. They are also useful for combating wrinkles on the neck. This is a great lifesaver for chapped lips. Olive, jojoba, from a variety of seeds or germs of wheat, flax, rose hips, as well as cocoa butter - all these products from the pharmacy can be used in their pure form, and nourishing masks can be prepared from them. Their effect will be enhanced by the addition of essential oils: roses, citrus fruits, mint.
Essential oils can cause allergies. Before using them, a skin reaction test is required. After using lemon oil and other citrus fruits, you should not sunbathe for 2 hours, as there is a high risk of burns and the appearance of pigmented spots.
Vitamins and minerals
These substances can greatly improve the condition of the skin, since when taken orally in courses they have a positive effect on health. And the state of the face directly reflects the functioning of internal systems and organs. Vitamin deficiencies, especially in winter, immediately make themselves felt with dermatitis. A lack of vitamin E causes disruptions in the menstrual cycle, which does not have the best effect on the face. In addition to smooth and soft skin, vitamin and mineral complexes provide strong nails and lush hair. Vitamins E and A are also used externally in the form of masks for rejuvenation, or added to creams for dry or aging skin.
Homemade recipe
At home, you can prepare a cream based on tocopherol and glycerin. It is very popular among women due to its naturalness and high efficiency. The cream has the following composition:
- chamomile (inflorescences) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- liquid glycerin - ½ tsp;
- castor oil - 1 tsp:
- camphor oil - 1 tsp;
- vitamin E - 15 drops.
Cooking method. Make an infusion from chamomile inflorescences. To do this, pour boiling water (half a glass) over the inflorescences and leave for half an hour. Strain the resulting infusion well and divide into 2 parts. Pour one part into a small container, add glycerin there, then castor and camphor oils. Lastly, add vitamin E. Mix everything thoroughly.
In the evening, apply this cream to the eyelid area and under the eyes, cleared of makeup. Before going to bed, you need to make sure that the product is completely absorbed. To avoid staining clothes and bedding, excess should be removed with a cotton swab.
Since the cream contains only natural ingredients, it must be stored in the refrigerator, and even then for no more than 3 days. After this period, the cream cannot be used. We need to prepare a new batch.
A cream based on tocopherol and glycerin is healthier for the skin than store-bought. In addition, its cost is disproportionately lower.

Proper nutrition
The level of vitamin E in the body must be constantly maintained to maintain youthful and fresh skin. This can be done through the external use of masks and creams, and in addition, it is necessary to consume foods containing vitamin E.
The daily intake of tocopherol is 10 mg. This is the minimum value required for normal functioning of the body.
So, per day you need to consume 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, for example. You can use both vegetable and wheat germ oil, corn germ oil, and pumpkin seed oil, but only oil that has not undergone any processing, that is, unrefined. This product, if stored out of direct sunlight, contains a lot of vitamin E.
The main sources of vitamin E in the human diet are, of course, fruits and vegetables. Of these, preference should be given to products with green mass: spinach, broccoli, carrot tops, beans, soybeans, pear, green onions, celery, nettle.
Cereals also contain vitamin E. There is especially a lot of it in peas and buckwheat. Unpolished rice contains more nutrients than polished rice.
Vitamin E is found in nuts: walnuts and hazelnuts to a greater extent, and in addition to them - in almonds, cashews and pine nuts.
Maintaining the level of tocopherol in the body in various ways will keep your skin around the eyes elastic, healthy, and slow down the aging process. Additional cosmetic procedures using vitamin E will allow you to get rid of existing wrinkles or at least make them less deep.
